(ANSA) – Rome, May 18 – Consumer group Codacons said Monday that it is ready appeal a new government decree reimbursing only part of pension money withheld under a previous reform recently rejected by the courts.
    The decree was announced Monday by Premier Matteo Renzi and affects some lower-income pensions but not all of those that were included in the 2011 decree which the Constitutional Court last month rejected.
    Codacons said the new decree “appears unconstitutional and discriminatory” rather than treating all citizens equally.
