In seguito alla pubblicazione del rapporto “Employment and Social Development in Europe” da parte della Commissione Europea, il Codacons sottolinea l’importanza di affrontare le sfide che le donne rifugiate incontrano nel mercato del lavoro.

Il rapporto evidenzia come questo gruppo sia tra i più vulnerabili, con tassi di occupazione significativamente inferiori rispetto ad altri migranti e ai nativi.
Per rispondere a queste problematiche, il Codacons ha avviato il progetto “A Better Future for Women”, che offre opportunità di formazione professionale e supporto all’inserimento lavorativo per le donne rifugiate.

Attraverso corsi di formazione e attività di mentoring, il progetto mira a migliorare le prospettive occupazionali e la stabilità sociale di queste donne, contribuendo al loro empowerment e alla loro autonomia economica.
È fondamentale affrontare le difficoltà che le donne rifugiate incontrano nel mercato del lavoro. “A better future for women”: Codacons supports the labor integration of refugee women

Following the publication of the report “Employment and Social Development in Europe” by the European Commission, Codacons emphasizes the importance of addressing the challenges faced by refugee women in the labor market. The report highlights that this group is among the most vulnerable, with significantly lower employment rates compared to other migrants and natives.
In response to these issues, Codacons has launched the project “A Better Future for Women,” which provides professional training opportunities and support for the labor integration of refugee women. Through training courses and mentoring activities, the project aims to improve the employment prospects and social stability of these women, contributing to their empowerment and economic independence.
