Il progetto “A Better Future for Women” del Codacons continua il suo percorso di supporto all’integrazione socio-lavorativa delle donne rifugiate in Italia, offrendo loro opportunità di formazione online e supporto per l’avvio di attività lavorative autonome.
Finanziato tramite la quota dell’otto per mille dell’Irpef, il progetto propone corsi formativi online in diverse aree professionali, tra cui la cura degli anziani, l’assistenza domiciliare, la segreteria amministrativa e l’orientamento al lavoro. I corsi, disponibili in modalità sincrona e asincrona, sono progettati per rispondere alle diverse necessità delle partecipanti, garantendo flessibilità e accessibilità grazie all’apprendimento online.
Con particolare attenzione alla creazione di impresa e all’autoimpiego, Codacons offre anche consulenze personalizzate per facilitare l’ingresso delle donne rifugiate nel mercato del lavoro, in un contesto che spesso le vede svantaggiate a causa della scarsa formazione e delle difficoltà nel riconoscimento delle competenze.
L’iniziativa ha come obiettivo garantire un’integrazione duratura e dignitosa, promuovendo l’autonomia delle donne rifugiate e superando le barriere socio-economiche.

Distance Learning for Refugee Women’s Labor Integration

The “A Better Future for Women” project by Codacons continues its efforts to support the socio-labor integration of refugee women in Italy by offering them online training opportunities and support to start independent business ventures.
Funded through the eight per thousand IRPEF share, the project provides online training courses in various professional fields, including elderly care, home assistance, administrative secretarial work, and job orientation. The courses, available in both synchronous and asynchronous formats, are designed to meet the diverse needs of participants, ensuring flexibility and accessibility through online learning.
With a particular focus on entrepreneurship and self-employment, Codacons also offers personalized consultations to facilitate the entry of refugee women into the labor market, a process that often presents challenges due to limited training and the difficulty of having their skills recognized.
The initiative aims to ensure long-term, dignified integration, promoting the autonomy of refugee women and overcoming socio-economic barriers.
