Nell’ambito del progetto “A Better Future for Women”, Codacons annuncia l’attivazione di 40 sportelli su tutto il territorio nazionale, con l’obiettivo di fornire supporto personalizzato alle donne rifugiate ospitate nei centri SPRAR (ora SIPROIMI). Questi sportelli, che fungeranno da punti di riferimento per l’intero programma, offriranno assistenza diretta alle partecipanti e le guideranno nell’accesso ai corsi di formazione online e nelle attività di creazione d’impresa.
Le donne rifugiate, che si trovano a fronteggiare sfide significative per inserirsi nel mondo del lavoro, potranno contare su un supporto qualificato per lo sviluppo delle proprie competenze professionali. Ogni sportello avrà a disposizione tutor specializzati che accompagneranno le partecipanti nel percorso formativo, aiutandole anche a individuare le opportunità più adatte al loro profilo.
L’iniziativa mira a rispondere in modo concreto alle esigenze di queste donne, spesso isolate e prive di una rete di supporto, dando loro gli strumenti necessari per affacciarsi con successo nel mercato del lavoro e nella società.

A Better Future for Women: A New Path to Inclusion for Refugee Women

As part of the “A Better Future for Women” project, Codacons announces the activation of 40 help desks throughout the country, with the aim of providing personalized support to refugee women hosted in SPRAR (now SIPROIMI) centers. These help desks, which will act as reference points for the entire program, will offer direct assistance to participants and guide them in accessing online training courses and in business creation activities.
Refugee women, who find themselves facing significant challenges in entering the world of work, will be able to count on qualified support for the development of their professional skills. Each help desk will have specialized tutors available who will accompany participants in their training path, also helping them to identify the opportunities best suited to their profile.
The initiative aims to respond in a concrete way to the needs of these women, often isolated and without a support network, giving them the tools necessary to successfully enter the labor market and society.
